Competency Assessment General Information

The competency tests assess personal behavioural preferences and focus on how you like to work. It isn’t an ability assessment, but rather on how you see yourself in the way you relate to others, in your approach to problems and how you deal with feelings and emotions.

You will be asked to rate yourself according to your own perception.

As well as giving a statements about yourself in certain situations.
